This Privacy Policy explains how Aurum Bridge LLC ("Aurum Bridge," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the Nasu: OTC mobile app (the "App") or this website (together, the "Services"). Aurum Bridge is a software provider. The trading, custody, deposit, and payout services available through the App are provided by our licensed custody and trading partners.

2. Information we collect
Account and contact information
Your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, login credentials, and, for business clients, the business name and your role.
Identity verification information
Before you can use the trading services available through the App, we collect the information needed to verify your identity and open your accounts with our licensed custody and trading partners. This includes your date of birth, residential address, a government-issued photo ID, and, for business clients, business formation documents and information about the business's owners and authorized representatives.
Transaction and trade records
Your balances, quote requests, quotes, accepted trades, deposits, payout requests, and the bank account details and crypto wallet addresses you use for deposits and payouts. This includes information you submit through the App and information our licensed custody and trading partners send us about your accounts and transactions.
Device and usage data
Your device type, operating system, app version, IP address, log-in times, in-app activity logs, and crash and diagnostic data.
Communications
Emails, messages, and phone call notes from your communications with us.
3. How we use information
- To provide the Services: displaying your balances and quotes, sending your trade, deposit, and payout requests to our licensed custody and trading partners, and showing the status of those requests.
- To verify your identity, onboard you, open your accounts with our licensed custody and trading partners, and keep your information up to date.
- To create, secure, and manage your account.
- To communicate with you about your account, your transactions, and changes to the Services.
- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, unauthorized access, and other unlawful activity.
- To keep records and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
- To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the App and the Services.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Who we share information with
We share personal information only as described below:
- Service providers that perform services for us, such as cloud hosting and data storage, identity verification, email and communications, and customer support tools. They are allowed to use your information only to provide services to us.
- Our licensed custody and trading partners, as needed to provide the Services, including identity verification, account opening, quotes, transactions, deposits, and payouts. Our partners process this information under their own privacy policies.
- Banking and payment partners, as needed for the deposits, payouts, and trades you request through the App.
- Government authorities, regulators, and law enforcement, when required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process.
- Others, to protect rights and safety, when needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of Aurum Bridge, our clients, or others, or to prevent fraud.
- A successor business, if Aurum Bridge is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Your information would remain subject to this Policy.
5. How long we keep information
- Account and contact information: for as long as your account is open, and deleted within 30 days after your account is closed, except where it is part of the records below.
- Identity verification information and transaction and trade records: for 5 years after your account is closed, or longer if the law requires.
- Communications: for 5 years after your account is closed, or longer if the law requires.
- Device and usage data: for up to 12 months after it is collected.
- Backups: deleted data is removed from our backups within 90 days.
These periods apply to records Aurum Bridge holds. Our licensed custody and trading partners keep their own records under their own policies and legal obligations. If information is subject to a legal hold or an open investigation or dispute, we keep it until that matter is resolved. When a retention period ends, we delete the information or make it de-identified.
6. Security
We protect personal information with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. These include encryption of data in transit, access controls that limit access to staff who need it, and secure storage of identity documents. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access: ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information. You can update most contact details directly in the App.
- Deletion: ask us to delete your personal information, subject to the record-keeping exceptions in Section 5. See Delete your account.
California residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended, California residents may also have the right to:
- know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to;
- delete and correct personal information;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA);
- limit the use of sensitive personal information (we use it only for purposes permitted by the CCPA, such as providing the Services and verifying identity); and
- not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
How to make a request
Email kiran@aurumbridgellc.com or call (510) 366-9776. We will confirm that we received your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, usually by matching it to the email address and details on your account. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, and we may ask for proof of the agent's authority.
8. Children
The Services are only for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the App before they take effect.
